Yes I was very shy when I was young. The teachers used to tell my Mum that I was shy but she didn't believe them because I wasn't at home.
At about 16yrs just decided that I wasn't going to be shy anymore because I was missing out on too much.
In certain situations though I do revert back to it. Thank you for sharing. Great article.
