We have tried submitting our documentary series All Rivers Great and Small. It has been very challenging to submit. First of all it was thrown out because the encoding profile was too high so we reduced the quality. Then we re-submitted it to be told 1 and 2 are fine but 3 and 4 are not but this is ridiculous because it is one story cut down into four episodes.
Do you have any thoughts or advice?
